LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

All new Cat® mobile accessories come with a limited lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.

All new Cat® mobile accessories are guaranteed to be defect-free in materials and workmanship.  Our responsibility is solely limited to the repair or replacement, at our discretion, of any product that fails during normal consumer use.

​

What is not covered

​

This warranty does not extend to damage or failure that results from misuse, neglect, alteration, abuse, improper installation or maintenance, or use with improper, jailbroken, customized or faulty equipment.

Filing a claim

​

To initiate a warranty claim, please send us an email with the following information:

  • Order date

  • Copy of receipt or packing slip

  • A brief explanation of the problem

​

You may be asked to ship the product back to us at your own expense.  If the item in question is no longer available or out of stock, we reserve the right to replace your product with one of equal value and/or function.
